Dr Alan Cross has more than 25 years of experience in medicine and mental health, with extensive work across adult psychiatry, ADHD and addictions. He qualified at University College London in 1999 and began working in mental health in East London in 2001. Neurohaven combines that clinical background with lived experience, music, writing, art, film and experimentation with new digital tools.
