About Neurohaven

Created with lived experience, clinical knowledge and imagination.

Neurohaven is a free, independent digital platform for neurodiversity, mental health, knowledge, creativity and connection. It brings together plain-language articles, practical tools, media and an evolving browser-based Miniverse.

The project is rooted in UK clinical and lived experience while serving a multilingual international audience. It is not a clinic or a funnel into one. A separate private adult ADHD assessment pathway is available through Dr Alan Cross via Augmentive for those actively looking for clinical assessment.

  • Free to explore, with no assessment required
  • UK-founded, multilingual and designed for an international audience
  • Evidence-led, privacy-conscious and independent in direction

Questions

Good to know.

Is Neurohaven a clinic?

No. Neurohaven is a free, independent digital platform. Private adult ADHD assessment is offered separately by Dr Alan Cross through Augmentive.

Who is Neurohaven for?

Neurohaven is for anyone curious about psychology, neuroscience, health, technology and human behaviour — including neurodivergent people, people exploring ADHD or autism, families, professionals and readers without any diagnosis. It is an evidence-led knowledge platform designed to make reliable information accessible, while also exploring creativity, media and emerging digital experiences. Articles are actively maintained and updated as evidence, guidance and thinking evolve.

How do I access a clinical assessment?

Use the Clinical assessment link to open the separate Augmentive pathway for private adult ADHD assessment. NHS assessment usually requires a GP referral and the relevant local or Right to Choose route.

What is the Neurohaven Miniverse?

An evolving browser-based spatial environment for exploration, communication, games, media, quests and interaction with people and clearly identified AI agents. A headset is not required.

Is the information reliable?

Neurohaven aims to present evidence-led information in plain language and to distinguish established findings from uncertainty. Medical content is educational and does not replace personal clinical advice.
