Mental Wellbeing

Welcome to our vibrant, inclusive community! Whether you're exploring Adult ADHD and Autism for the first time or you're already well-versed, you've come to the right place. Here, you'll find cutting-edge information not found in textbooks or diagnostic guidelines, along with plenty of fun and engaging content.

What We Are

We're more than just a community for people with ADHD and Autism. We're a diverse, open-hearted space for expression where everyone is welcome—no matter your race, sexuality, religion, or ability. Our only requirement? Kindness and acceptance of all forms of diversity.

Seeking Assessment?

If you're looking for a Neurodevelopmental Disorder (NDD) assessment, we’ve got you covered. See our resource list for trusted healthcare providers. You can screen yourself for free also if you are curious about a diagnosis.

How We Can Help

Our resources help guide you through the process of assessment and treatment for Adult ADHD and Autism across the UK. The website is packed with useful info, but if you need more, please get in touch via our contact form, we would love to hear from you x

Who we are and how to contact us:

Neurohaven was founded by Dr Alan Cross, a practicing Adult ADHD psychiatrist who currently works with Psychiatry-UK. Dr Cross is highly specialised in the treatment of ADHD in Adults and having the disorder himself, he is also an expert patient by experience. He is GMC registered, NHS trained, a Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry with specialist training and experience in Addiction Psychiatry, and Adult ADHD. When contacting us, ask for Alan.

If you are looking for an Adult ADHD assessment, you must be referred via your UK GP and follow RTC or your local NHS referral pathways. Private Adult ADHD assessments are currently unavailable due to the very high demand for NHS assessments and the unprecedented backlog.

For more information or advice, you use our contact form or email us at neurohaveninfo@gmail.com.
